Terms of service
Last updated 3 June 2026.
These terms govern your use of iMovers (operated by iMovers Ltd, registered in England & Wales). By booking a move you agree to them.
1. The service
iMovers is a premium booking platform. We accept your booking, take payment, and assign your move to a vetted partner from our network. Your move is carried out by that partner under our standards and supervision.
2. Pricing & payment
The price displayed at booking is your fixed price, payable upfront via card. If the move materially changes (extra items, longer distance, additional services), we'll quote any difference and only proceed with your written approval.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the move are fully refunded. After 48 hours, we retain the deposit to compensate the assigned partner. We may waive this at our discretion in cases of bereavement, hospitalisation or force majeure.
4. Insurance & liability
Every move is covered by goods-in-transit insurance up to £50,000 and public liability cover up to £2,000,000. Higher cover is available on request before move day.
5. Customer obligations
You must provide accurate addresses, access arrangements (parking, lifts, restrictions), and an inventory of unusual or high-value items. We're not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information.
6. Our partners
Our partners are independent businesses, vetted and supervised by iMovers. You contract with iMovers; iMovers contracts with the partner. All complaints come to us first.
7. Disputes
If you're unhappy, raise the issue with us in writing within 14 days. We follow the steps in our complaints policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your move is the one published when you booked.
