iMovers created by Iain Mackay, former Principal Dancer with Birmingham Royal Ballet with over 25 years of experience in the professional world of dance. Currently International Artistic Manager of The Royal Ballet School, Director of the Yorkshire Ballet Seminars and Ambassador for the Royal Academy of Dance. Iain has years of experience in the delivery of the highest quality dance workshops, ballet tuition in mainstream education and a wide range of social settings. As a performer Iain has danced leading roles on stages across the world, including iconic venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Buckingham Place, The O2 Arena, The NEC Birmingham to name a few. He has danced at the Royal Opera House, for the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance, Children in Need and also starred in a Tom Jones Music video in 2021.
Iain is passionate about all children experiencing the best quality dance education and the benefits he believes it will bring to their healthy development, whilst also having FUN!
